If you pre-register for the class, you will receive a $5 discount on the strip bundles and receive the pattern FREE! These classes will not require a year long commitment and you can start and stop at anytime. The classes will meet the 2nd Tuesday night of each month OR 2nd Wednesday morning of each month. Strip Bundles $40 ($35 if pre-register for class & the bundle)

Sew Creations will meet the 1st Saturday of every month and the 1st Tuesday of every month at 10:00 A.M. Every month the instructor either demonstrates a new technique, a new way to use a tool or accessory, or a new pattern. All of the classes are lecture demo, and last one hour to 1 1/2 hours. The cost is $5.00 per class and you can pay five or 10 months in advance or pay as you go. The class does not meet in July and August. There is always show and tell which is a class favorite. New products, fabrics, books, patterns, and notions are always on display for you to see. These classes offer a great chance to learn new techniques and to fellowship with other ladies who share your interests. In September, Mariann will show you several quick hems that can be done by machine.
Handi-Quilter Classes - Patchwork Plus will rent the Handiquilter to use to machine quilt your project. Before renting the machine, you must complete a class on using the machine. The class is $75.00 and includes hands on instruction and a set of leaders. Please call the store if you are interested in a class and renting the Handiquilter.
Bernina Guide Classes – We are excited to offer you an expanded level of training for your Bernina sewing machine. These classes are available at no cost for all new and used Bernina machines purchased from Patchwork Plus. If you have had a guide class in the past and want to repeat the class, there is a $20.00 fee for each level. A 166 page workbook for all of the machines is available for $25. Or we can give you a CD of the workbook for $5, and you can print your own copy. Please let us know before class so that we can have your copy for you. Serger owners will be contacted individually.
Level 1 must be taken before proceeding to the other levels. The only exception will be if you have previously owned a similar Bernina sewing machine. Bring your machine, all accessories and books, thread, scissors, pen, and paper to class. Registration is necessary; we will not be calling you for class. A minimum of 3 people must sign up before the class will be held. After Level 1 & Level 2 are completed, you will be scheduled for embroidery and software classes if applicable.
All classes are taught by Bernina Certified and trained instructors. Remember, not all sewing machine training is the same. Our strength is our educational program. We encourage you to take both levels. If your Bernina was purchased elsewhere, call us for pricing (value $20 per hour).
