Start Quilting Table Runner –If you do not have any rotary cutting or quilting experience, and you do not have a lot of time, then this is the perfect class for you. We will learn how to rotary cut, machine piece, quilt, and bind a table runner. This is a great way to see if quilting is something you will enjoy. Class fee: $35.00 plus supplies.

Kona Carryall Bag –This class is designed to teach you the most basic techniques of bag making. If you have never made a bag or purse before, then I will be walking you through the steps to make a basic lined tote bag. This is a large tote with a zippered pocket inside and a magnetic closure. I have made a few changed to the pattern to make it more attractive on the inside. Class fee: $35.00 plus supplies.

Strip Tubing –Use the Strip Tube Ruler or your favorite square-up ruler to make fast and fabulous quilts with the tube technique. Sew the strips into sets, sew the sets together into tubes, then cut out triangles that open to squares. This technique uses jelly rolls or yardage. Class fee: $35.00 plus supplies.

Pieceful Borders –Learn to add borders to a precut panel, or small quilt with the house ruler. This ruler does the math for you and makes beautiful simple borders. The possibilities are endless with this ruler. You can cut triangles, half square triangles, quarter square triangles, parallelograms, trapezoids, house and barn shapes. Circle Runner —Join the perfect double-layer circles to make a beautifully shaped table runner. Using the circular embroidery attachment in tandem with the walking foot makes it easy. Join the circles cathedral window-style to create an interlocking secondary design on the surface. If you wish, embellish the circles with quilting or embroidery. Class fee: $35.00 plus supplies.

Scrappy Trip Around the World —Everyone has lots of scraps and now we have a fun class to show you how to use them up. Take 2 1/2" strips and chain piece them together. You can use planned chains of color that form radiating diamonds around the center square or you can let anything go and "scrappy trip." Jelly rolls, fat quarters or fat eighths also work well. Class fee: $30.00 plus supplies.

Embroidery Trapunto —Trapunto is an elegant quilting technique that raises surfaces on the front of a quilt by either padding it from the back or by stuffing it with batting.
